The twelve animals of the Chinese Zodiac — Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, Pig — each represent a year in the 12-year cycle. A vibrant tribute to Singapore's rich Chinese cultural heritage.
Monkey
申猴 shēn hóu
Although monkeys are known to be mischievousness, curious, and naughty,
they are also known to be witty, intelligent and possess magnetic personalities
which make them often well-liked by their peers for their optimistic, and
fearless nature. Contrary to the beliefs that they are lazy and unstable with
their constant joking nature, people born in the year of Monkey are in fact
hardworking people who tend to adapt well in different environment. Lucky
flowers include Chrysanthemum and Alliums.
