Yes! Our JTB Rurubu Gift Shop is open Daily, 9:30am to 6pm. You can browse all 78 designs in person. Just WhatsApp us for the exact location.

How long does Singapore delivery take?

Singapore delivery takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 12pm are usually shipped the same day. Free delivery on orders above SGD $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination. Shipping rates start from $8. WhatsApp us for a quote for your country.

Can I order in bulk for corporate gifts or events?

Absolutely! We offer bulk discounts for orders of 20+ pieces. Great for corporate events, hotel amenities, or group gifts. WhatsApp us at +65 9823 5924 to discuss your requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayNow, GrabPay online. At our JTB Rurubu Gift Shop, we also accept cash. All online payments are secured via SSL encryption.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack every order carefully with bubble wrap and protective packaging. If anything arrives damaged, WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it immediately at no charge.
